Sunny listeners can submit one mom/daughter look-a-like photo per person
to Sunny 95 between 12am on Monday, April 29th and 11:59pm on Sunday,
May 12th. The person submitting the photo must be the owner, and must
have permission of anyone else appearing in the photo. Listeners may
vote for the photo of the mom/daughter they think looks most alike
between 12am on May 13thand 5pm on Thursday, May 16th as many times as
they want. If an entrant receives irregular votes from the same user or
users, including but not limited to, votes generated by a robotic,
programmed, script, macro, other automated means or other source, Sunny
reserves the right to disqualify the entrant in its sole discretion. To
participate in voting you must become a registered user through uPickem.
The photo with the most votes will win. The winner, announced Friday,
May 17 with Dino & Stacy, will be notified by phone and will win a
trip for 2 to the NYC Food & Wine Festival October 18-20, 2013
including air & 2-nights hotel, and ground transportation in NYC to
be determined by Lipton, two tickets to festival, a Samsung camera, a
Williams Sonoma gift card, a Pure Leaf gift bag, and $1,200 in cash.
Total approximate retail value of $4,445. Food and all other incidentals
are the responsibility of winner. The photo receiving the
second-highest number of votes – the runner-up, will receive a Samsung
Camera and Williams Sonoma Gift Card valued at $170 total. In the case
of a tie for the grand or runner-up prize, a random drawing will
determine the winner. Sunny 95 contests are open to all eligible
central Ohio listeners 18 or older have not won anything on Sunny in the
past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months.
Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a
household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will
be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.
Employees of Sunny, Columbus Radio Group, and its ultimate parent
company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies,
affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each,
and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred
mile radius of the Sunny main studio are not eligible to win any
contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents,
grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and
great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also
includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.
We will make reasonable effort to award prizes within 30 days of
winning, dependent upon winner filling out all necessary affidavit
requirements from Lipton. Prizes may be picked up at 4401 Carriage Hill
