Sunny listeners 18 and over can submit one baby photo per person to Sunny95.com between 12am on Wednesday, October 21 and 11:59pm on Wednesday, October 28, 2015. Entries containing inappropriate photos will be disqualified. Any photograph submitted to Sunny will become the property of the station and may be used in any manner it feels appropriate in the future. Sunny has the final say of what content is appropriate for the website. No use of indecent or obscene material, no content or material that is illegal, contains nudity or is sexually explicit, or by law, obscene, profane or pornographic is permitted. By entering this contest you are verifying that you are the owner and producer of the submitted material and that no third party ownership rights exist to the photo submitted. Then WSNY judges will determine the Top 10 entries based upon photo creativity, uniqueness, and any other criteria the Judges wish to consider. Judging will be made in the sole discretion of the Judges, including disqualification of any entrants for any reason. The listening audience will then be asked to vote on their favorite baby photo from 12am on October 30 until 11:59pm Sunday, November 8. The photo with the most votes will win a $500 gift card from Once Upon A Child and their baby’s photo will appear on two billboards in the central Ohio area for two weeks in November, 2015. Total retail value of $1,500. In the case of a tie, a random drawing of the highest-vote number entries will determine the winner. The winner will be announced Tuesday, November 10th. If an entrant receives irregular votes from the same user or users, including but not limited to, votes generated by a robotic, programmed, script, macro, other automated means or other source, Sunny 95 reserves the right to disqualify the entrant in its sole discretion. To participate in voting you must become a registered user through uPickem. Registered Upickem users may submit one vote per day during the voting period. The photo with the most votes will win. In the case of a tie for the grand prize, a random drawing will determine the winner.
Sunny 95 contests are open to all eligible central Ohio listeners 18 or older have not won anything on Sunny in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named. Employees of Sunny, Franklin Communications, Inc, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the Sunny main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian. Rules are subject to change without notice. We will make reasonable effort to award prizes within 30 days of winning.
