Baby on Board: Listeners can submit one baby photo per person to Sunny95.com between 12am on Monday, October 13 and 11:59pm on Sunday, October 26, 2014. The person submitting the photo must be the parent, grandparent, or legal guardian with expressed written consent of the custodial parent, and must have permission of anyone else appearing in the photo. Listeners may vote for the photo of the baby they think is cutest between 12am on October 27 until 12pm October 30, 2014. If an entrant receives irregular votes from the same user or users, including but not limited to, votes generated by a robotic, programmed, script, macro, other automated means or other source, Sunny 95 reserves the right to disqualify the entrant in its sole discretion. To participate in voting you must become a registered user through uPickem. Voters may submit one vote per day during the voting period. The photo with the most votes will win. The winner, announced Friday, October 31 with Dino & Stacy, will be notified by phone and will win “$500 in an educational “529 plan” account from Wesbanco and a $500 gift card from Once Upon A Child...and the baby’s photo will be placed on two digital billboards in the central Ohio area for two weeks in November valued at $1,000. Total retail value of $2,000. In the case of a tie for the grand prize, a random drawing will determine the winner. Sunny 95 contests are open to all eligible central Ohio listeners 18 or older have not won anything on Sunny in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.
Employees of Sunny, Columbus Radio Group, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the Sunny main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian. Rules are subject to change without notice. We will make reasonable effort to award prizes within 30 days of winning. Prizes may be picked up at 4401 Carriage Hill Lane, Columbus, OH 43220. No purchase necessary.
